The following is a brief summary of some of the coverages afforded by the Boat Policy*

Damage to Your Property We will pay for direct physical loss to "Watercraft We Insure" resulting from an accident.  We'll pay for damage less the deductible shown on the "Declarations." Liability We will pay the damages for bodily injury and property damage to others if you or a family member are legally liable because of an accident involving a "Watercraft We Insure." Medical Payments We will pay the necessary and reasonable medical expenses for a covered person's bodily injury suffered in an accident.  We'll pay these expenses if the bodily injury or death is suffered while in, on, or getting onto or off of a "Watercraft We Insure."  But we'll only pay medical and funeral expenses incurred within three years from the date of the accident. Emergency Service Your watercraft is covered for labor at the site of a breakdown, towing to the nearest repair facility, and delivery costs for fuel, oil, or a battery. Personal Effects We will pay for direct physical loss to personal effects owned by a covered person or guest only while the articles are aboard your watercraft.  This coverage is limited to a combined limit of $250 in any one occurrence and is subject to a $25 deductible.  This coverage doesn't apply to watercraft, motors, watercraft trailers and unattached furnishings or equipment.
